The youngest of three children, Pam was born in Wichita, Kansas, and grew up in Missouri, New Jersey, and Woodridge, Illinois. She graduated from Downers Grove South High School before moving on to the College of DuPage, DePaul University and The University of Chicago Law School. She and her husband, Charles, have lived in Oak Park for 28 years and are the parents of three sons.
